Terms & Conditions

1. Services include a PrjsTrans driver; self-drive is not offered.
2. Renters must present valid ID (KTP) when booking and before the trip.
3. Security deposit (if applicable) varies by vehicle type per the rental agreement.
4. Late returns incur hourly charges per applicable rates.
5. Damage due to renter negligence is the renter's responsibility per insurance policy.
6. Cancellations require at least 1 day notice for partial refund; same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
